Customer Services Coordinator (Part Time) (REF: SERG / CSC (PT))
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling customer enquiry, emergency calls & complaint in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- F.5 or above, preferably with 1 year’s call centre experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficiency in MS Office (English & Chinese)
- Good command of both spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
