Responsibilities:

• Prepare relevant documents for tender submission and for post-tendering follow-up
• Assist in administering contractual requirements
• Preparing of quotation and drawings
• Monitor and control the process of project schedule and maintenance services

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical/Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ or above contractor’s experience in E&M retrofit project/maintenance services
• Holder of REW Grade A is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and CAD
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
