InnoCell in the Hong Kong Science Park is one of the city’s first three Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) pilot projects. We applied Building Information Modelling (BIM) and integrated it with modularisation for MEP system in this project. Innocell will be a 17-storey building with around 400 residential units for local and overseas innovators based in the Hong Kong Science Park.
