Corporate Communications Officer (REF: CC/CCO)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and implement strategic promotional campaigns and programmes to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Assist in annual and interim results announcement and production of annual and interim reports;
- Support planning, content design, and logistics of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, CSR programmes, stakeholder and staff engagement activities, etc.
- Prepare content and manage the production for communication materials such as newsletters, videos, press releases, speeches, brochures, social media posts, presentations, editorials, website, internal announcements, etc.
- Coordinate arrangements for corporate memberships
- Manage the sourcing and production of corporate gifts
- Monitor daily news in relation to the Group and its projects
- Offer ad hoc support for other initiatives as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- A recognised Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or other related disciplines
- A minimum of 2 years’ working experience, preferably in corporate communications, event management or community engagement in sizable companies or agencies; experience in financial communications, digital/social media communications or video production will be a strong advantage
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
- Proactive, well-organised, detail-minded, independent, responsive, a fast learner with multi-tasking ability
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
