Senior Project Engineer – (Electrical/HVAC/P&D/Fire) (REF: BS)
To cope with our business expansion, we are looking for Senior Project Engineer (Electrical/HVAC/P&D/Fire) to join our dynamic team!
New Build Projects (Residential, Commercial, Public Housing & Hospital)
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients and main contractors as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.
- Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements.
- Assist Project Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or other related Engineering disciplines
- Possess 8 years’ relevant working experience with 2 years’ supervisory experience in participation of E&M Building Services Contracts
- Self motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
- Candidate with more experience would be consider as Assistant Project Manager
